ABOUT US

QUALITY SERVICE AND STRATEGIC PRICING THAT POWERS RESULTS

Supplying energy across the Southern Gulf has never been static, and neither has this operation. From early distribution routes to today’s large-scale logistics and fuel systems, the work has always centered on keeping industries running without interruption. Decades of regional service shaped a deep understanding of seasonal demand, infrastructure challenges, and the consequences of downtime. That experience continues to guide how fuel, lubricants, and support services are delivered today.

OUR STORY

From Buck’s Service Station to Regional Distribution Leadership

The company’s history begins in the 1920s when William Crais founded Buck’s Service Station in South Louisiana. His five sons became active in the business, each operating locations and building hands-on experience in fuel service. In 1943, Alvin Crais was appointed by Texaco as the local consignee for St. John Parish, leading to the founding of Siarc and a shift from retail fuel service to wholesale distribution.

As industrial demand grew across the region, wholesale supply required expanded logistics, storage, and large-volume delivery coordination. Leadership transitioned to Robert Sr. in 1978, followed by the acquisition of Thelma Sullivan Distribution in 1980 and relocation to Gramercy. Growth continued through the launch of Marie’s Magic Mart in 1984, new ownership under Kevin and Robert Jr. in 2012, and designation as a licensed Marathon Distributor in 2017. By 2025, the company became Marathon’s largest distributor in Louisiana, reflecting decades of steady expansion built on practical experience and operational discipline.

WHY CHOOSE US

Built to Handle the Moments When Energy Can’t Fail

Choosing an energy provider matters most when conditions are tight weather shifts, equipment is down, or supply windows are narrow. The advantage comes from logistics that are planned instead of improvised, systems that provide visibility instead of estimates, and people who understand the downstream impact of missed deliveries. That combination reduces risk, limits downtime, and gives operators confidence that fuel will support the work instead of interrupting it.

OUR VALUES

The Standards That
Shape
How Work Gets Done

Every decision, interaction, and outcome is guided by a clear set of expectations. These values are not statements on a page, but standards applied in daily operations, customer relationships, and long-term growth. They define how challenges are handled, how trust is built, and how consistency is maintained across every part of the business.

Safety First
Every interaction with employees, customers, and the motoring public is held to the highest standard. Safety is the foundation behind every decision and action.

Great, Not Good
Expectations go beyond simply delivering a product. Commitments are followed through with consistency, precision, and accountability.

Shared Success
Long-term relationships are built with employees and customers who share the same goals. Working together creates outcomes that benefit everyone involved.

Think Differently
In a commodity-driven market, progress requires adaptability and new ideas. Continuous improvement, technology, and flexibility drive long-term value.

HOW & WHAT WE DO

Turning Fuel, Fluids, and Systems Into a Single Operating Plan

Energy support is structured around how fuel is delivered, stored, and consumed on site. Bulk supply is coordinated with storage capacity, access controls, and monitoring tools to maintain visibility and predictability. Lubrication programs and diagnostics are aligned with equipment demands to reduce wear, prevent failures, and keep operations on schedule.

  • Construction, agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure all depend on consistent energy supply. Support is structured around the realities of job sites, fleets, and facilities where refueling isn’t always convenient and downtime carries real cost. Hospitals, utilities, and data centers are also supported with emergency readiness where uninterrupted power is essential.

  • Most equipment failures begin with fuel quality issues, improper lubrication, or lack of system visibility. Clean delivery practices, monitoring tools, diagnostics, and proactive maintenance are used to identify problems early. This reduces unplanned shutdowns and allows maintenance to happen on schedule instead of during emergencies.

  • Fuel and lubricants are selected based on engine design, operating conditions, and duty cycles. Treating them as part of a single system helps protect internal components, extend service intervals, and improve overall equipment performance.
